From 1st April 2015, practices are required to allocate all patients (including children) with a named accountable GP.

Your named accountable GP is Dr R Bodapati.

The named GP is responsible for the coordination and delivery of all appropriate services, where required based on clinical judgement, to each of their patients.

• Patients do not need to see their named GP when they book an appointment with the practice.
• Patients are entitled to choose to see any GP or nurse in the practice.

You can also complete our appointment cancellation notification request form. This can only be used if your appointment has been arranged for more than 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends and public holidays). You can also text to cancel your appointment.

If you urgently need medical help or advice but is not life threatening, please call 111 free from any phone to speak to NHS111 24/7.NHS. 111 can give you healthcare advice or direct you to the local services.

The surgery offers late appointments every Wednesday from 18:30 – 20:00.

Evening & Weekend Appointments

Practices are working in partnership to provide additional GP appointments between 18:30 – 20:00 during the week and also over the weekend. If you need access to an evening or weekend non-urgent appointment, please call and speak to the receptionist at your registered practice during normal opening hours.  

Your appointment may be with another practice in the area and may not be at your registered practice.

If possible please try to telephone reception before 10:00 if you require a home visit.

You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.

We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.

To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form.
