As Part of the Total traige system, all request  for GP appointments must be submitted on-line through the practice website.

Note:-   To ensure that all patients recieve appropriate time and attention, we kindly ask that you raise only one medical issue per appointment.

Please also provide as much information as you can relating to your concerns, this will allow the practice to triage your request affectively.

one request should address one problem.

For any Third-party or Private letter request, please submit your request.

Please note  that charges  may apply for private letters and reports, as these services may fall outside of the NHS provisions. Our team will inform you of any applicable charges before proceeding with your request.

Note: Patients can request their repeat prescriptions using the NHS App & through our website.

Repeat Prescription requests are normally processed with 48 hours of receipt.

Acute prescription requests may require further clinincal assesment or investiagtion and may therefore take longer to process.

Our team will keep you updated throughout.

Please do not request medications that have been prescribed recently, and do not add notes requesting acute medications when submitting a repeat prescription request.
